Who is Sweenks?

Started in 2016, we are a full time family owned customer and detail oriented business focused on individual personalized gifts and memorabilia.

I noticed you have an Etsy shop. How is this site any different?

Our Etsy shop SweenksCustomLaser.etsy.com is mainly focused on engraved gifts and items with thousands of reviews. However, it's more of a cookie cutter site with limited customer ability. This site is focused more on full color gifts that can personalized by you in real time. Although this site is a little newer, we still bring the same great customer service. Check out the reviews!

We have recently begun to upgrade this site with a focus on the customer's ability to design the products themselves. This gives them greater freedom in choosing the item they want and knowing it'll be just as they imagined.

How do I order?

Just browse the products on the site. Once you have selected the product of your choice, simply upload a photo, if the product allows, input your text, if the product allows, enter the quantity desired and then checkout.

How long does it take to receive my item once I complete the order?

We are usually able to complete your order in 1-5 business days with most shipping in about 3. After that, your item will be shipped out. Holidays such as Mother's Day and Christmas may extend the time.

How much does it cost to ship my product or do I have the option of picking it up?

We offer Free Shipping inside the US for all products. There are also shipping rates available in the cart and upgrades available at checkout. We currently don't allow local pickup of items ordered on Sweenks.com.

I placed an order but need to make a change or cancel it.

We are unable to make changes to or cancel orders that have been placed.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds. If there is a mistake with your order due to something on our end or from something during shipping, please contact us so we can take the necessary step to fix the problem. If we don't know about the problem, we can't fix it.
